I was nervous at first and Scott completely put me at ease, his manner is very kind and gentle, very relaxing. The reading was outstanding, there was evidence from my love ones almost instantly, with solid examples, that he couldn't possibly of know, I was blown away. He even knew about some minor health conditions I'm going through. I was given messages, by Scott from family members in spirit, that were exactly what I needed. I tried for 7 years to have a baby. Would definitely recommend this company. I was grateful that they came further out as where I live is not their usual area to collect from. I raised the request via the WasteApp which was all new to me, but the job was accepted and the whole process was very quick. Massive shout out to Osteostrong Hawthorn. What an awesome experience given by Summer Nelson. After weeks of heavy training I really needed something to help with the tightness, knots and soreness on my body. Their facilities are next to none and I walked out of there relaxed both in my body and mind. I really can't recommend these facilities high enough and I will definitely be going back again and recommending to all my friends.

I am in my early 30s and went in to a free night that OsteoStrong does occasionally to provide more education about bone health. During this they took your bone density scan and give your results on the spot. When I went in I was going in to see how far above average I was and realised that I was nearly at osteoporosis. Of course I went for a second opinion and it confirmed my bone density was in fact low. I decided to sign up and have been apart of OsteoStrong since December 2018. I have enjoyed improving and increasing my bone density. My numbers (T-scores for bone density) have shown improvements and I plan to continue for the future. Highly highly recommend going in even just for the info night. No matter your age you will learn something!!

I came into Osteostrong hawthorn 4 months ago having heard of the benefits of osteogenic loading, however I wasn't sure if it would have much benefit for me as I am still young. However its proven to be an amazing investment that is very personalised and has reduced some of the knee pain I was previously experiencing in my gym sessions. The staff (Sasha, Ange, Caitlin and of course Ben - who often takes me for my sessions and has recently introduced me to some new forms of stretching for my training) are all so friendly and the sessions offer the added benefits of post massage and recovery machines, monthly member mingles, informational talks, and even free coffee! :b

Highly recommend Osteo Strong Hawthorn . All the staff are professionals and very helpful. It’s not hard to get into the “hug” which is complimentary when you walk in ! it’s A lovely , clean, eco environment place right down to the toilet paper Love the way each session is one on one so it’s not just about your workout , it’s about you as well. I love the right brain, left brain exercises as well . More than I expected. To finish off my workout my favourite is the heated water massage chair. Mmmmmmmm. Bliss

Dave, Jarrod, Kate and Kirsty are amazing. Always helpful, super friendly and genuinely care about helping to build stronger bones. I’ve been coming to Osteostrong for over 12 months, and always enjoy my visit, whether it be improving my balance, crunching a PB on the bone strengthening equipment, relaxing with a hydro massage, or finding out the latest on Jarrod’s love life.... But most importantly, I’m seeing results- my neck of femur is up 12% in density, and my lumbar spine up 8%. As an active outdoors type I can’t afford weak bones and the risk of fractures. I thoroughly recommend osteostrong, particularly Dave and the team at crows Nest, give it a try, you’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain.
