🔹 Getting Started

Q: How do I create an account?

  • Click Sign Up on the homepage.
  • Choose to register with your email or social account.
  • Verify your email, and you’re ready to go!

Q: How do I log in?

  • Use your registered email/phone and password.
  • If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password link to reset it.

🔹 For Customers (Booking Services)

Q: How can I find services for my event?

  • Use the search bar or filters to browse categories like catering, photography, venues, etc.
  • View provider profiles to compare pricing, reviews, and availability.

Q: How do I book a service?

  • Select the provider you like.
  • Choose your package/date.
  • Confirm and pay securely through Eevent.

Q: Can I cancel a booking?

  • Yes, you can request a cancellation from your Bookings dashboard.
  • Refunds depend on the provider’s cancellation policy.

🔹 For Providers (Creating Services)

Q: How do I list my service?

  • Log in and go to My ServicesAdd Service.
  • Fill in details (title, description, price, images, availability).
  • Publish and start receiving bookings.

Q: How do I manage my bookings?

  • Go to your Provider Dashboard.
  • Accept, reschedule, or decline bookings as per your availability.

Q: How do I get paid?

  • Payments are released to your account after the service is completed, minus platform fees.
  • You can track payouts in your Wallet/Transactions section.

🔹 Payments & Refunds

  • Payment Methods: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets.
  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 working days depending on the payment method.
  • Security: All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

🔹 Account & Settings

  • Update Profile: Go to My Account to edit your info, photo, or preferences.
  • Change Password: Available under Settings → Security.
  • Delete Account: Contact support if you want to permanently close your account.
